Some sample functions available:
sine = sin(x)
cosine = cos(x)
tangent = tan(x)
square root = sqrt(x)
cube root = cbrt(x)
round to nearest integer = rint(x)
x raised to power y = pow(x,y)
pi = pi
Open Terminal and type "man math" to get other functions for use within Spotlight.
